These high-performance pinch valves are ideal for applications involving abrasive or corrosive fluids, pastes, slurries, powders, or media with high solids content. Examples include potassium, salt, and mineral processing; the cement and construction industries; iron and steel production; the tobacco industry; the pulp and paper industry; and water and wastewater management.

RELIABLE AND ROBUST OPEN/CLOSE OPERATION
The high-performance pinch valve prevents leaks, process pressure losses, buildup, and blockages. Its ease of maintenance makes the high-performance pinch valve the ideal choice for abrasive media.
It is so robust that no further calibration is required after initial commissioning. The pinch valve guarantees a 100% tight seal, even with solid deposits on the sleeve wall. As soon as the sleeve is compressed, crystallized particles flake off the sleeve surface.
