HIGH-PERFORMANCE PINCH VALVES
PNEUMATIC ACTUATION
HIGH PERFORMANCE,
EXTREMELY WEAR-RESISTANT,
LONG SERVICE LIFE
These high-performance pinch valves are ideal for applications involving abrasive or corrosive fluids, pastes, slurries, powders, or media with high solids content. Examples include potassium, salt, and mineral processing; the cement and construction industries; iron and steel production; the tobacco industry; the pulp and paper industry; and water and wastewater management.
ADVANTAGES
PRECISE CONTROL
Excellent controllability combined with a symmetrical sleeve results in a linear control curve.
OPTIMAL PROCESS EFFICIENCY
100% tight shut-off, even if solids have accumulated on the sleeve wall.
Any crystallized particles detach from the sleeve surface during compression.
IMPROVED CUSTOMER PRODUCTIVITY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Unobstructed sleeve passage: Ensures free flow of the medium and requires less pumping energy.
EASY MAINTENANCE
Only the sleeve comes into contact with the medium and is the only spare part requiring replacement by service personnel. The sleeve can be easily replaced on-site.
EXTENDED MAINTENANCE INTERVALS
Superior sleeve corrosion resistance combined with a wide range of material options.
Reduced service costs and intervals.
WIDE TEMPERATURE RANGE
Suitable for ambient and medium temperatures ranging from -20°C to 150°C, depending on the material.
HIGHEST PRESSURE RESISTANCE
Operating pressures up to PN 25 according to DIN EN 12266-1
WIDEST RANGE OF NOMINAL SIZES AND FLANGES
Nominal sizes from DN 40 to DN 2000 with DIN or ANSI flanges.

RELIABLE AND ROBUST IN CONTINUOUS AND ON/OFF OPERATION
The high-performance pinch valve prevents leaks, process load losses, build-up and blockages. The ease of maintenance makes this high-performance pinch valve the best choice for abrasive media.
It is so robust that no further calibration is necessary after initial commissioning. The pinch valve guarantees a 100% tight seal, even with solid deposits on the hose wall. As soon as the hose is compressed, crystallized particles flake off the sleeve surface.
